Hello Lovely Inspiration Board

Hi Stampers!  A while back I hosted a "Stampin' Sleepover" with my downline. It was a great weekend of stamping and inspiration. We had a lot of laughs and a lot of fun! Everyone who came got the Hello Lovely Project Life Card Collection and Accessory Pack. We used those products in a few different ways, but the one that I loved the most was an Inspiration Board!

Hello Lovely Inspiration Board

We used the Baker's Racks from a kit from last year's catalogue and then went to town with the Hello Lovely card collection, accessory pack and a few coordinating supplies like cardstock and ink! I loved how everyone's was different!  Some people brought pictures to put on theirs, others brought other things that inspire them.  It was a great activity!

Mine is hanging in my office right by my work desk and reminds me all the time why I love what I do and why I keep doing it! It hangs in kind of in a shadowy spot beside my stamp shelf, so the pictures aren't the greatest, but I want to show you some of my favourite parts of mine.

There's some super cute 2x2 cards in the Accessory Pack and I used them to make a little banner. I alternated them with cardstock squares that I embossed with the Brick Wall embossing folder.  They're strung on a piece of Basic Black Baker's Twine. You can also see in the bottom, right corner how I layered some cards together. The possibilities really are endless with these cards and accessories!

This one is my favourite card! I stamped the Stampin' Up! Statement of the Heart on it and then did a little embellishing. This card gets to be right in the middle of my board!

Today I showed you a fun way to use this particular card collection that isn't really memory keeping, but I do want to say that this particular set is AMAZING for use in your Project Life albums too. The designs are perfect neutral designs that you can use for pretty much any occasion!

This week there's a bunch of Project Card Collections and Accessory Packs on special! If you're a Project Life pro this is a good time to stock up on some cards. If you've been on the fence about starting Project Life, this week is a great week to get started!  Let's chat and get you all set up!

Weather Together & Back to School

Hi Stampers! It feels like forever since I last posted. The craziness of back to school had this mama feeling pretty exhausted...and broke (I think September should be called "Chequetember" due to the amount of cheques I've written and school stuff I've paid for!). Even with all this going on, I love this time of year!  I love the routine that the school year brings and I love watching the season change!

My 3 handsome dudes are in 3 different schools this year. It's been a change for all of us with different schedules and for them to get used to not having a brother at school!  With all the craziness, we're off to a great start!  All three of them seem to be happy and enjoying being back at school.

Back to school 2016

Let's get on with some stamping, shall we! I have a friend going through a really rough time right now and when I went to see her a couple weeks ago I knew I needed to bring along a little something to cheer her up a bit.  Que the Weather Together set!  It's perfect for occasions like these!

Falling Flowers Notecards

Hi Stampers!  One of my favourite times of the month is club week!  It's the week when my Cards & More Club girls and my Memory Keepers Club girls come over and craft.  We do all kinds of fun projects using all kinds of Stampin' Up! products.  In July, my Cards & More Club made a super fun note card set complete with a box to hold them in!

August club projects

I have to say, the Falling Flowers set is not one that I thought I would love as much as I do!  I got it for parts of the set, but am finding that I'm reaching for the whole set often!

We used the Envelope Punch Board to make the box and then the Note Cards & Envelopes (you know how much I love those!!!) for the cards.

As you can see, we did 4 cards to go into our boxes. However, take a look at this, you can definitely fit more than 4 cards (with their envelopes) into this fun box!

I adore this project....I think they did too! If you're local and looking for a creative night out once a month, consider joining one of my rewards clubs!  They're flexible (you choose the day you come-Monday, Tuesday or Thursday during the third full week of the month, and you choose your project-Cards & More or Memory Keepers). The best part is you can join any time, you just commit to coming joining for 10 consecutive months and place a minimum $35 order each month.  Did I mention you get rewards too?  That's right, you get to choose $35 of FREE product during your reward month!

Remember you still have time to order the Thoughful Branches bundle (or just the set, or just the framelits....but we all know the bundles is what you really want!!!). And, you have until the end of the month to redeem your Bonus Days coupons you earned from your orders last month.
